We currently have a vacancy as Qualified Social Worker needed in London Borough. Children and family`s team.
For the above posts we are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic social workers that have the skills to provide quality services to vulnerable children and young people and their families.
Purpose of Job:
• To assess and identify the needs and wishes of clients.
• To plan, implement and review individual care plans and service provision within the framework of legislation and departmental guidance.
• To provide social work services direct to clients.
• To ensure equal opportunity of access to and provision of service based on individual need.
Experience*Qualifications Necessary:
Must have post qualifying experience of working with children and young people, including those looked after and their families.
DipSW, CQSW, CSS (child care) or equivalent professional qualification
